Something went wrong while submitting the form -- An Update on Monday, April 6, 2020, from Matt Laughlin Good morning, I hope everyone is still feeling well as we all continue to try to do our part in practicing social distancing and 60-second hand washing. That’s right. We are now supposed to wash our hands for 60 seconds in warm water. Don’t forget the backs of your hands, around your thumbs, between your fingers and extra attention to the palms of your hands. And, we all need to try and remember to wash them more than we want to. I just want to remind everyone these little things matter. Wearing a mask in public is also a good idea, but if you can stay home this week, that seems to be the best option. Let’s try to stay healthy and keep our neighbors safe so we may all meet again. During all our repairs and deep sanitation here, we have been practicing social distancing as no more than four are working together at a time and trying to stay some feet apart. It’s challenging but important. We are wrapping up our leak issues we had (it’s supposed to rain here in the next couple days so we shall see if they are fixed) and are staging the parking garage with boxes and boxes of our new movie theater recliners. We are in the process of retiling all cinema floors and when that is complete, we will install the electrical to set-up these theater rows of motorized recliners. I’m excited. Right now, the only other news I have to share is we are currently taking hotel room reservations to arrive Friday, May 1. We know this could change at any time depending on what our Governor decides so we are prepared either way. If May 1 changes to May 8 or May 15, we will announce and be ready. Matt Laughlin, COO Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino -- An Update Regarding our Casino & King of Clubs Player’s Club from Matt Laughlin Good morning, Many of you have been inquiring about certain aspects of our Casino Operations and King of Clubs Players’ Club card during our temporary, required closure. I thought I would share with everyone what we know right now. Keep in mind we are waiting for more information from our Governor on exactly when we will be reopening. Stay safe, Matt Q1: Can I cash out chips, gaming vouchers, pay casino markers or check my safety deposit box? A1: Yes, our Main Casino Cage is still open during our temporary closure: Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM until further notice. Q2: What if my slot machine cash out voucher expires and I live out of town? A2: We are extending the expiration date for slot machine cash out vouchers for 3 months from their current expiration dates, so long as the voucher expiration date occurs on or before April 30, 2020. If our reopening date occurs later in May, we will be extending this expiration date, as well. Q3: How will I be able to access my win/loss statements? A3: You may continue to retrieve your win/loss statements by calling our King of Clubs Player’s Club at 1-800-227-3849 Ext. 5210 or Ext. 5211. Q4: Are your April casino promotions and special events cancelled? If so, are they being rescheduled? A4: All March and April casino promotions, special events and DCT entertainment are currently cancelled or postponed during this temporary closure period. As of now, we anticipate the Riverside Resort to reopen the end of April or beginning of May. Additional updates regarding April promotions, events and entertainment will be available via Facebook, our website and email where applicable. Q5: What happens to my King of Clubs Players’ Club Card during temporary closure? A5: Your King of Clubs Players’ Card will remain active and your current tier status plus points will be kept in your account. Points & Tier will not expire during our closure. We are preparing to announce how tier status and renewal will continue due to temporary closure; most likely will be prorated. More information to come. Q6: What happens to my casino and hotel offers while you’re closed? Will I receive new offers once you’re open again? A6: Any gaming offers or invitations which have expired will not be reloaded. However, new offers and invitations will be available based on casino play prior to our temporary closure and sent out hopefully before we resume business. The fact we are closed will not affect your future offers based on play.
